Swimming Performance Workshop – Albury
Over 2 educational and applied days learn the real world science, ART & proven training systems behind creating world class swimming athletes. This workshop is focused on the swimming athlete and as such there will be a dry land (physical preparation) and in water (skill development) component that will be integrated to enhance all attendees real world coaching and knowledge level. Christian Woodford (aided by Chris Dirkranis) will talk all things physical preparation and high performance to enhance the swimming athletes performance in the pool. This will include programming advice, common areas of injury and troubleshooting problems that occur when coaching the swimming athlete. Mitch Brown will educate on the fundamentals/biomechanics of swimming and how mastery of technique and applying these skills can lead to improvements and injury reduction in the pool.
This workshop is perfect for athletes, coaches, parents and anyone with an interest in learning the performance science behind maximising swimming performance.
