Physical Preparation Workshop
⁃ In gym specific preparation used by elite athletes to perform at the top of their game covering rehab/rehab, plyometrics, power and strength for emerging to professional athletes.
⁃ On field positional coaching including warm up, position specific skill components, reading play and speed/ agility mechanics.
⁃ Discussion on the journey and resilience of a professional athlete from Todd, Sandor and Jarrod about their own unique stories, set backs, failures and successes both on and off the field.
