Out most holistic option – train in-house when you want under the eye of a coach.

 

This is not your average membership and we are not a commercial gym. This is a LIMITED membership that is only open to a select number of dedicated individuals.

So what do you get with the WSSC membership?

 

1. Individualised Periodised Monthly Programming

 

Anyone can write a program. But what we do is more than programming. Something to follow, that’s one thing – but what gets results is the progressive overload, optimising of recovery and supercompensation response from training. The ability to do this goes beyond the science of a program, and turns into an art, and that’s what our staff are experts in. This is all completed via the iOS and Android application; “TrueCoach” so you can access your program anytime anywhere.

2. Regular Performance Testing

 

What gets measured, gets managed. This is why we place importance on testing where you’re performance is currently at to give us a baseline to assess and compare progress. We test via our Smartspeed timing gates and jump mat we are able to test a variety of bio-motor qualities to get objective data that our coaches will then use to program individually to you. This is how we know what we are doing is working and your investment is paying off.

3. Flexible Access to the WSSC Facility

 

With on the floor coaches ready to assist and keep you accountable whenever you need.
7AM-8PM Monday – Thu, Fri: & 7AM-1PM Saturday at Moorabbin.
